At Corcoran Strong, our mission is to empower women through fitness. We believe that everyone deserves to feel strong, capable and confident in their bodies, regardless of their starting point. We hope to build a strong community of people who live healthier, happier lives beyond the gym.

We provide one on one, in-home personal training. Regardless of your set up, we provide you with personalized programming to meet your specific needs.
Small group training
focuses on 2-5 individuals working together. Receive personalized attention and programming from a trainer while also benefiting from the support and motivation of others.
Grab a buddy and get to work!
We strive to bring the community together to encourage each other through group fitness classes both indoors and outdoors.
Incorporating both cardiovascular and resistance training with an emphasis on functional movements.

Providing personal training for every stage of pregnancy and beyond. All women deserve to feel strong and confident throughout their pregnancy. We work with you to build a program to get you ready for birth and we are with you to help you recover and rebuild.
I am a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Throughout my career I have focused on increasing my knowledge in women's health and fitness and training in a female gym. Through a gym setting, I was able to work with a wide range of women of various ages and skill levels. One common factor between many clients was the need for joint mobility and overall strength which led me to my Corrective Exercise Specialist certification. This enabled me to improve my client's mobility and stability which resulted in less pain and better quality of life. I have a passion for movement and want to help women feel strong and capable.
As a wife and a mom of two little ones, I understand the challenges of prioritizing time to focus on yourself. I am dedicated to providing efficient and effective training sessions to maximize your time and energy.
The main goal of Corcoran Strong is to educate individuals on proper movement patterns and increase movement efficiency to achieve sustainable results.
Fitness is more than just how our bodies look, it's about how we move, feeling strong, relieving stress and having fun! My goal is to create personalized workouts and provide a fun and motivating environment to help you achieve your goals. I'm here for you!
